1900 (27 Feb.) envelope ex the Osborn correspondence from Paardeberg to Belgium, bearing 1d. lilac cancelled by F.P.O. c.d.s. Cape Town and routed through Kimberley with squared-circle datestamp (25.2) at left, upon arrival in London bearing KEVII 1½d. neatly cancelled by c.d.s. to pay onward transmission to Belgium and with local delivery number at foot, the reverse (no flap) with large part arrival c.d.s. (17.3); unusual in that most of the covers to Belgium are franked with arrival Postage Due stamps. Photo
