1863 (31 Oct.) entire letter from Turin to Cairo, endorsed Via di Mare col Vapore Francesci "Assyrien" franked Sardinia 1855-63 40c. red-vermilion and Italy 1862 perforated 80c. yellow with "livorno/uff. del porto" cancellations, "alessandria d'egitto/poste italiane" arrival on the front and "poste europea/alessandria" datestamp of 9 Nov. on reverse; seal removed and vertical filing fold.
