Coetze at St. Helena to a family relative in the Women's Refugee camp at Mafeking, bearing 1d. carmine cancelled by c.d.s. alongside a fine strike of the triangular-framed "passed/censor./st. helena/head office." cachet in deep violet, upon arrival Opened Under Martial Law label applied and tied by two Mafeking censor labels and arrival squared-circle datestamp on reverse.
