Ottoman Financial Association Ltd., certificate for 1 share of £50, 1864, no.01152, ornate border, black, English with title in Arabic below, printed by Bradbury, Wilkinson & Co., very fine and scarce.

This company was formed by the Mercantile Credit Association and was a combination of Greek merchant houses. Like so many others it collapsed in the wake of the Overend Gurney crash in 1866.
