1862(c.)-75(c.) trio of pieces from Goondiwindi Post Office, the first bearing 6d. and "registered" (6d.) orange-yellow both with light sunburst cancellations and additionally cancelled by small "registered/goondiwindi." h.s. with a further strike alongside, the second with 2d and "registered" (6d.) orange-yellow both cancelled "74" with c.d.s. and framed "missent to brisbane" alongside, the third with 2d. pair and 6d. cancelled "74" and with large "registered/goondiwindi." handstamp; the second item a little soiled though an interesting trio from this office, originally named Gundiwindi; 1867 (6 Sept.) OHMS front (213x93mm.) from Maryborough to Brisbane, bearing 1864-65 "registered" (6d.) orange-yellow and 1866 litho 4d. grey-lilac (2) all cancelled "96" and with superb large "registered/maryborough" handstamp in red at left, and 1868 (13 Aug.) large piece bearing 1864-65 2d. blue strip of six and "registered" (6d.) orange-yellow all cancelled "72 and with small "registered/helidon" handstamp
