1880 (Nov.) envelope from Addah to Italy, "3" accountancy mark in red crayon and bearing 1876-84 4d. magenta cancelled with a very light under-inked impression of the "post office/gold coast/addah" oval intaglio seal h.s. (Type 4) and additionally "554" in transit at Accra, showing a further good strike of the Type 4 h.s., Addah c.d.s. (Type 2 with no day or month showing), Accra c.d.s. (Type 2, 27.11) and Paid Liverpool Br. Packet c.d.s. (23.12), the reverse with London (24.12) and Milan (26.12) c.d.s. and postman's delivery h.s.; the envelope with central horizontal crease, otherwise fine and attractive. S.G. 7. Photo
