Mountain & Co., an advertising note for Post Coaches & Diligences, ND (pre 1865), black and white, sign of the Cross Keys Inn, Wood Street, Cheapside, at top left, 'With a Guard' in black tablet (in the style of a £1000 note) at low left, details of the service include a list of locations called at, and an assurance that the trip from London to Edinburgh would be made in 'four easy days',
(unlisted), the Cross Keys Inn was taken down in 1865 so this note must predate that year, previously mounted but a relatively clean very good to about fine, interesting and very rare
