(Pick 29b, Linzmayer IOMG B6b), choice about uncirculated to uncirculated, note number 23 of split D prefix which begins at D970001, error slanting 'D' in top right serial number, Quarmby states "excessively rare since they were issued in a three week period during the 1974 holiday season and rapidly entered circulation unnoticed", believed only 20 known in top grade and this is also an error
