Cnut (1016-35), Penny, 1.08g, helmet type, Sudbury, Mansige, bust with pointed helmet left, sceptre before, rev. +mansige on svÐbyr, voided short cross, arms extending from pellet within central annulet, broken annulet in each angle (Jonsson p.105; N. ; S.1158), double struck on obverse, good metal, lustrous on reverse, good very fine and an extremely rare type for Sudbury, especially so with such a full mint signature

Jonsson lists just 3 examples for this type at Sudbury, one of which is for Mansige (Hildebrand). The EMC/SCBI database offers no further examples.
