Perot to the Speaker and Members of the House of Assembly, being a summarised "Return shewing the number of Letters transmitted by the Penny Post from the Post Office at Hamilton to St. Georges from the First June 1843 to 1st. June 1844", recording some 3795 items sent Inland and 3769 by Packet Letter, fine "Wm B. Perot" signature at foot and "Declared before" B. Smith on 21 June, subsequently published in "Royal Gazette" on 25 June; fine and rare. Photo
