1941 Mogadisho overprints on Italian East Africa Pictorials, 10c. on 5c. to 10l. on 5l. set nine, fine unmounted mint. Very rare. These overprints were prepared on orders of the South African forces that had captured the region, but due to objections from London were never issued and most of the stock was destroyed. A.
