(Pick 31as) small perforations, ink date '8.4.38' in low right margin, 'Approved, 26.4.38' on reverse with annotations from the secretary of the East African Currency Board, pinholes top left, almost uncirculated, very rare and obviously an official specimen sent to the East African Curency Board for approval
