FR./2f16c: 1863 (25 Sept.) stampless wrapper from Hamburg to Hong Kong "p Overland mail via Marseilles" bearing the despatch c.d.s., handstruck "TT38", "1/8" rate mark and a very fine strike of the type L accountancy handstamp, the reverse with Marseilles to Lyon and Hong Kong code "C" arrival (17.11); two vertical filing folds do not detract from this desirable and rare cover.
