Tuchang Tathin and Sri Chhutatarin Amban, addressed to Surendra Bikram Shav Dev, the King of Nepal; notation on reverse, "After the arrival of Kazis at Lhasa we will give the letter sent by Aphuwang, keeping it here for some days, we will dispatch to Kerong, Surat Sing, Letter no.13". Some staining on the reverse and the usual creasing. Photo
