Declerck, Governor of the Province of Antwerp, neck Badge, 85mm including wreath suspension x 58mm, gilt and enamel; Star, 81mm, silver, gilt, and enamel, lacking reverse cartouche, therefore very fine, with neck riband, in Tanfani and Bertarelli, Rome, case of issue, with the following related documents:

Richard August François Declerck (1899-1986) served as Governor of the Province of Antwerp, 7.1.1946 to 31.12.1966.
