1898 (December 27) Registered Cover from Tientsin to Moscow, franked with Japanese Print Coiling Dragon 20¢, 30¢ & 50¢(2), all tied by pakua cancels, illegible Tientsin dollar dater alongside with two registration handstamps, one in Red and the other encircled in Black, Hong Kong QV 50¢ on 48¢ vertical strip of 3 added and canceled with Shanghai BPO cds, on reverse Shanghai dollar dater transit with French ship marking and Russian arrival cds, very scarce high value usage.
