(22) and 3c. tied by Peking bilingual c.d.s. and showing superb strikes of boxed "A.R", boxed Peking registration handstamp and "L.Q." in double oval (Legation Quarter); some of the adhesives overlap the edge of the envelope, otherwise a fine cover clearly exhibiting these unusual and scarce markings.
