Central Bank of Iraq, 25, 50 and 100 dinars, 1990 emergency issue, and 10,000 dinars, 2002, issued serial numbers, block colours, 25 dinars, horses at centre, others Saddam Hussein at right, all showing washed out SPECIMEN overprint in Arabic and/or English(Pick 74, 75, 76, 89 for type), washed and pressed, accounting for faint nature of overprint, in the absence of specimens it is common practice to use issued notes to create specimens, which seems to have occurred here, good very fine to about extremely fine (4)
