Federated Malay States1904 (17 Oct.) envelope from Herberton to Singapore, redirected to Kuala Lumpur and again to Mexico, bearing 1897-1908 1d. and 2½d. vertical pair (one with damaged corner) clearly cancelled by "87" in rays, upon arrival in Kuala Lumpur FMS 1c. and 3c. pairs applied and tied by c.d.s. (22.12), showing triangular-framed "kTl" and, on reverse, Brisbane (23.10), Melbourne (?.11), Singapore (28.11), Penang (24.12) and Chihuahua (4.2.05) datestamps. A fine and spectacular franking.
