Straits SettlementsCovers and Cancellations1903-66 envelopes (17) and picture postcards (7, three addressed to Penang or Singapore), variously addressed and franked, including 1903 (Dec.) postcard from GB to Penang showing fine "dako kramat" arrival c.d.s., 1919 (6 June) envelope to India bearing 4c. tied by "balik pulau/penang" double-ring d.s.; 1920 (Dec.) postcard to Belgium bearing 4c. tied by "raffles hotel/singapore" double-ring d.s., 1924 (20 May) envelope from Malacca to India, franked at 6c. tied by "Lion/british/empire/exhibition/1924" d.s., 1926 (Oct.) envelope to Palembang franked at 12c. and twice redirected, to Penang and then to Rangoon, and 1936 (20 July) envelope to Tangling, bearing 2c. tied by "m exhibition/a k´lumpur/h 1st, 2nd and 3rd/a august 1936" machine d.s., also 1906 and 1909 picture postcards from USA and Bermuda to Kuala Lumpur and Seremban respectively, both showing legible "r.m.s./selangor" t.p.o. datestamp. An interesting lot well worth careful examination
