Millman at his Chambers in the Inner Temple/London", with extremely fine type 2 Government Penny Post Dockwra type "t/mon" for Temple on reverse but opening well for display and with a sharp but cracked seal; interesting contents including "This week return´d from the sea, from bringing his maj(es)ty part of his way towards Holland with ye marquis of Camarthen" (King William III), filing fold and a little soiled; fine.
