1840 One Penny BlackPlate VICovers1841 (22 Feb.) entire letter to Edinburgh bearing QE (state 3) in a greyish shade, showing the scratch in E square, good to very large margins and tied by an extremely faint strike of pale dull red Maltese Cross, the reverse with Waltham Cross despatch c.d.s. with Edinburgh arrival (24.2) alongside; light vertical filing crease.
