The "Seahorse" Issues Waterlow Re-engraved Issue Essay A roughly drawn pen and ink sketch from the printer´s record book, made by the recorder of the Seahorse design. The sketch is in reverse for the benefit of the engraver and is marked "british postage stamp 19/3/34, 3 values, 2/6, 5/- & 10/-" and "dies, cyls & plates with somerset house".
