x George II, Dassier´s Kings and Queens of England, 1731, a complete set of thirty five bronze medals, including the thirty three medals, all 40mm, commemorating the Kings and Queens of England from William I to George II, the last being the dedication medal, and with the bronze medal of Queen Caroline, 40mm., also struck in 1731 and intended to accompany the set, and Cromwell, bronze medal, 38mm. struck by Dassier for the sake of completeness, but tactfully a fraction smaller than the other medals, in old red presentation case, inscribed on top the royal series, this with some scuff, and adhesive tape attached in places, the medals (E.526), a pleasing full set, all extremely fine (35) Estimate £ 1,200-1,500
