Unless otherwise specified they are the contents only 1830 (19 July) from General Sir Henry Phipps (1755-1831), First Lord of the Admiralty, 1807; Master of the Ordinance (1810-18) to Sir Francis Freeling, from The Ordinance Office, Pall Mall, complaining about the non-delivery of the John Bull newspaper, endorsed "The failure of the paper carrier cannot be accounted for in the Newspaper office" Estimate £ 100-120
