Iraq Ottoman Post Offices 1876 envelope to Iran franked on reverse Turkey 1876 20pa. plum and green tied by basra negative seal (Coles and Walker 43, Isfila 2) cancellation, Kermanchah arrival on the front; the envelope with portion missing at upper-right and tiny parts of flap missing, nevertheless fine.
