x Cape of Good Hope 1853 on Slightly Blued Paper 1d. brick-red (2) and 4d. blue, all touched on one side though with generally good to large margins, cancelled and tied on 1858 (29 Jan.) envelope from Cape Town to Edinburgh and showing large h.s. "1d" in red on face, Cape Town, Cape Packet Devonport (10.30 and arrival (11.3) c.d.s. on reverse; one 1d. value with small faults though an attractive franking of the 6d. rate.
