War Tax Stamps St. Helena Covers 1918 (14 Nov.) envelope (complete with letter giving news of friends and family activities during the war) to Austria and redirected to Forch, Switzerland, bearing 2 1/2d. and War Tax 1d.+1d. with c.d.s. and with two U.K. censor labels at right, the reverse with a variety of transit c.d.s.; small fault at top through opening though most unusual.
