War Tax Stamps Ceylon 1918-19 mint collection in a large stockbook, being the D.J. Norris and David Cohen collection combined, principally blocks of four and larger multiples up to sixty with many showing a wide range of the plate and/or overprint numbers; much duplication though with some spectacular listed and unlisted varieties, and some forgeries.
