St. Helena Queen Victoria Covers 1876 (11 Apr.) triple rate blue envelope (218x98mm.) registered to Washington, U.S.A., rated "10" in red crayon and bearing 1871 1/- deep green block of four, 1873 2d. yellow (defective before use) and 6d. ultramarine (2) all cancelled with Sunburst (CNA.7?), showing "registered." h.s. in red, despatch c.d.s., London Registered oval d.s. (4.5) and two New York Registered c.d.s.; a few small imperfections though an exceptional registered franking. S.G. 10, 16a, 19.
