x Mongolia 1933 red band cover registered to Peking bearing, on the reverse, 1931 Fourth Provisional 10m. on 10c. variety surcharge inverted (a second stamp has been removed) tied by Altan Bulak c.d.s. with a fine strike of the boxed registered handstamp in blue below, with China 20c. (2) orange and 30c. (2) blue postage Dues tied by Kalgan c.d.s. and Peiping arrival. With straight-line Manchouli censor handstamp and a large handstruck "T" on the front.
