France 1870 (19 Oct.) Ballon Monte to Constantinople bearing, on reverse, 1863-70 4c. grey (2) and 4c. grey horizontal bisect tied by "paris r. de strasbourg" datestamps and on front the original 30c. franking has fallen off and been replaced by another 30c. for aesthetic purposes and the other adhesives restored.
