St. Helena Queen Victoria Covers 1871 (28 July) envelope registered to London, bearing 1864 4d. carmine and 1./- deep yellow-green each cancelled with figure "1" handstamp (CNA.13) and showing straight-line "registered" h.s., St. Helena c.d.s., London Registered oval d.s. (20.7 and 21.7), Registered E.C.O. c.d.s. (21.80 and "m/e/o/a" quartered circle, all in red; a few small faults with small part of flap missing though a very rare cancellation with only four such covers recorded. S.G. 13, 17.
