St. Helena 1868 (28 Dec.) yellow envelope to U.S.A., rated "6" in red crayon and bearing 1868 2d. yellow, 3d. deep dull purple and 1/- deep yellow-green each cancelled with bars (CNA.10b), showing despatch d.s., London Paid c.d.s. (27.1) and U.S. "2/cents" rate handstamp, all in red on face; the 2d. with pre-use crease and the envelope with small faults at left though an attractive and unusual three-colour franking.
