x British Post Offices Abroad Bolivia 1868 (Jan.) yellow printed envelope from Cobija to California, bearing 1867-68 Condor 5c. yellow-green pair in combination with G.B. 1865 wing-margin 1/- green each cancelled by superb "C39" obliterators and showing faint Cobija and Panama (28.1) c.d.s. alongside "10" rate h.s. and clear arrival c.d.s. (14.2). One of two such recorded combination covers and one of the most important British Post Office in South America covers. R.P.S. (1971) and Behr (1991) Certificates.
