Singapore — 10c. marginal unmounted mint block of thirty (3x10; twice folded) with the bottom row miscut resulting in the stamps being imperforate at foot and the margin at top showing colour bars. S.G. 291 var. Estimate £ 300-400 Note: The reason for this miscut is that normally the bottom and top margins have colour guide lines on the extreme ends which are trimmed off. In this case, due to a mistake, the bottom margin is trimmed twice and the top is left untouched
