Rhodesia 1898 on Cape 1d. left-hand pane of sixty (less right-hand margin) marked "Bought (during Matabele rebellion) at Bulawayo 22 May/96" (the first day of issue) in left-hand margin, and two strips of six from the top and bottom of a pane; 1909-12 1/2d., 1909-11 1/2d. on 2/6d. and 10d. on 3/- sheets of sixty (the former less top margin); some faults in places though a scarce group, £2,340+ Estimate £ 300-400
