x India 1854 Issue Issued Stamps Covers Inland 1857 (Sept.) envelope from an unknown office "Paid by Dawk" to Madras, bearing 1a. Die III horizontal pair with margins virtually all round and each lightly cancelled with diamond of dots, small oval delivery h.s. at foot, arrival c.d.s. on reverse; the pair with some gum staining and the envelope with vertical crease at left.
