St. Helena The Boer War, Censor Cachets Type 1, Circular "censor/prisoners of war" 1902 (1 Apr.) envelope (opened-out) registered to Germany, bearing 1890-97 1/2d. (7), 2 1/2d. and 1902 1d. with Maltese Cross (CNC.8) cancellations, the cachet in red and initialled "VA", oval "registered/st. helena" with "66" inserted, the envelope received in Berlin in damaged condition and officially sealed, black on yellow label on reverse, some faults though an attractive and appealing cover.
