St. Helena The Boer War 1902 (25 Apr.) 1d. card to Arnhem and redirected to Middelburg, cancelled with Maltese Cross in circle (CNC.8) and showing despatch c.d.s., superb Type 1 censor cachet in red initialled by Baron von Ahlefeldt and three Dutch transit c.d.s.; the card sent by Herbert Everlett, Editor of "The Prisoner of War" newsletter, apologising for the addressee not receiving a copy and stating that "I am not allowed to send the paper by post anymore" and accompanied by a 1901 (3 Aug.) copy of the paper, faults though rare.
