St. Helena The Boer War 1900 items (3) addressed to General Cronje, comprising April envelope (opened-out) from O.F.S. franked at 3d., July card from Bosnia to "Mister Cronje" and November envelope from Holland, all three with Type 1 censor cachet, and 1902 Memo request from Cronje to the Commandant of Broad Bottom Camp requesting an extension to his nephew´s pass; also two picture postcards, both showing Cronje and his staff, one with notes written by his secretary, G. Vollmer, in 1918; mixed condition though an interesting group Estimate £ 140-180
