St. Helena Postal History 1863 (May) envelope to Paris with rare black oval "st. helena/my/1863" datestamp, red "paid/devonport/cape packet" (20.6), red Paid London (23.6) and Paris c.d.s. of the same date, the envelope with small mended tears, otherwise fine and one of only five or six covers known with the black datestamp.
