St. Helena 1900 (14 May) envelope registered to Fiume, bearing 1887 1d. red, 1896 2d. orange (4, one defective) and 1897 1/2d. green (affixed a little over edge) all cancelled with Circle of eight bars (CNC.2), showing circular-framed "R" in violet, despatch c.d.s., oval Registered h.s. and, on reverse, arrival c.d.s.
