St. Helena Queen Victoria Covers 1900 (26 Apr.) Solomon & Hogg envelope to England, bearing 1890 1d. pale red cancelled with superb Vertical and horizontal bars and cubes (CNC.3b, Proud K90 and the second earliest recorded date of use) and with despatch c.d.s. towards left, arrival c.d.s.
