St. Helena Queen Victoria Covers 1897 (9 Aug.) envelope registered to Canada, bearing 1890-97 1/2d., 1d. pair and 2d. each lightly cancelled with Small rectangles in shape of lozenge (CNB.19), showing two despatch c.d.s., oval Registered h.s. and, on reverse, Plymouth (26.8), Liverpool (27.8) and Winnipeg (7.9) d.s.; a couple of light fox marks, otherwise attractive.
