St. Helena Queen Victoria Covers 1896 (8 Oct.) and 1891 (23 Jan.) envelopes to England with each bearing 1896 2 1/2d. ultramarine, the first cancelled with Quartered circle of bars (CNB.7), the second with a light strike of the Small rectangles in shape of lozenge and both showing despatch c.d.s. on face; the first with corner fault and part of addressee deleted.
