1852-53 One Penny Red-Brown, Alphabet II Imprimaturs Plate 140, AI-AJ rejoined top margin pair in lake-brown showing the marginal inscription; the top margins trimmed a little, AJ with crayon numeral in margin, showing very sharp ivory heads on the blued paper. Fine Estimate £ 800-1,000 21 stamps were removed from the imprimatur sheet, AA-AL, HK-HL, IG-IL and TL (Royal collection)
