New Brunswick 1854 (Aug.) orange-brown envelope from Hampton Ferry to Connecticut, bearing 1851 3d. dull red pair with clear to very large margins and each neatly cancelled by "15" in oval grid (rarity factor 8), the pair additionally tied by circular-undated "new brunswick" in blue and showing "paid/10/cents" h.s. in red alongside, despatch c.d.s. on reverse.
