x India 1855-1989 mint and used collection in two large albums, including 1855 blue paper 4a. (7) and 8a. (7); 1856-64 range with a few unused to 8a.; 1860 8p. with blued paper unused and purple on white paper mint block of four and marginal single, 1865 range to 8a.; 1866 "postage" overprint 6a. (4); 1866-78 selection with West India Postage 4a. essay block of four in carmine and a single in yellow-green; later Q.V. to 1876; 1882-90 range including 1r. slate forgery; 1895 High values; Edward VII with values to 15r.; George V Definitives with 1921 9p. surcharge varieties (9, two used in a vertical strip on piece) and 1926-33 set, with additional 15r. and 25r. pairs, mint; George VI range with 1937-40 set mint and used, and some high values with missing pearls variety; a good range of later issues with 1948 Gandhi and 1949-52 mint sets, and small C.E.F. selection. Also some duplicates in stockbooks, a stockbook with some Revenues, 1954 Centenary printed Souvenir Album, and a further stockbook with collection of Pakistan and Bahawalpur.
