Independence Day Issue Perforated x Rouletted 5c. carmine, an unused marginal block of four showing a single line of perforations between the stamps and margin, the upper right stamp showing variety missing top of flagpole, and an upper right corner used block of four also showing a single line of perforations between stamps and margin and neatly cancelled with Secretariat, Rangoon c.d.s.; the first with traces of foxing on reverse, otherwise fine and an attractive pair of multiples.
